Meet Monique, Ally, & Tom! Monique Smith is our Founder and Chief Creative Director of Blanc & Noir Interiors. Her passion for design began at a young age and has helped her develop our Full Service Design Firm! Her incredible talent has led to the opportunity to create breathtaking spaces for high-end clients around the globe. Ally Wheatley is our Creative Design Associate. Her love for design started when she was young and has grown tremendously through recent years while completing her degree in Interior Design and learning all of the tips, tricks, and trends! Tom Ott is our Creative Advisor. When it comes to 3-D renderings and bringing the vision of your space to life, Tom is our guy!
