This home was featured and a show favorite in the Park City Showcase of Homes. Read on to learn how we got our clients' living room ready for every big game! First we started with a thorough inventory of all the essential items that our clients wanted for their family and friends to enjoy. Some of their top priorities were a pool table, shuffleboard, big screen TV, pub tables, bar area and more!

Second, we selected very comfortable seating. It’s always worth investing in comfortable seating options that will keep you at the top of your game. Opt for a plush sofa or sectional in a leather or textural upholstery. Add some throw pillows in contrasting colors and additional textures to enhance your viewing pleasure while providing extra support during long intense games.

We then added stylish lighting: Lighting plays a crucial role in creating the right ambiance for gaming. Install dimmable LED lights or smart lighting systems that allow you to adjust the brightness and color temperature according to your preferences. Consider adding a statement ceiling light fixture in a geometric or minimalist design to add a touch of sophistication to the space.

Lastly, we accessorized with some of our client’s favorite team jerseys. Additionally, we placed their treasures throughout the room to make their home more comfortable and relaxing. We added greenery potted plants and books to bring a pop of color and energy to the room!
