Our team is collaborative, supportive, and fun – and we’re looking for someone with just as much creative spark to join us as a Remote E-Design Subcontractor. Job Title: Remote E-Design Subcontractor

Job Type: Contract/Project-Based

Location: Remote (Preferrably located in Chicagoland, IL or Park City, UT

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Create stunning, client-focused e-design concepts, including floor plans, mood boards, and shopping lists.
  • Source furniture, finishes, and décor that match client styles, budgets, and visions..
  • Develop visually compelling presentations that wow our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain our brand voice and aesthetic across projects.
  • Communicate effectively via email, video calls, and project management tools.
  • Contribute creative ideas and engaging content for our social media platforms (think behind-the-scenes peeks, design tips, or fun design reels!).
  • Ensure all deliverables are high-quality, polished, and completed on time.

The Bare Necessities:

  • Design Expertise: A proven track record in interior design or e-design (portfolio required!).
  • Fun, Positive Personality: You’re easy to work with, a team player, and bring good vibes to every project.
  • Social Media Savvy: You’re comfortable brainstorming or creating design-related content for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with design tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, or Photoshop. Bonus points if you’re a pro at 3D rendering tools!
  • Trend Awareness: You stay on top of what’s hot in the design world and can translate that into your work.
  • Organization Mastery: You’re detail-oriented and know how to juggle multiple projects like a pro.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 2-Year Interior Design Degree
  • 1+ Year of Experience
  • Own Software Programs
  • 3D Rendering Design
  • AI Design Skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Houzz Pro, Monday.com, etc.
  • Has vehicle as needed for appointments, and vendor visits
